I tried to add a new .mod file to LT spice. But when I click run, I get the following error "could not open file xxx.mod"
The mod file is in LTC/LTspiceVI/lib/sub folder.
I add spice directive .include FDD16AN08A0.mod

The model file is FDD16AN08A0 Mosfet.
Screen shots attached.

When I have had this problem I usually mispelled the filename. Could you please post the spice model?
Also, I usually create a .sub file for my spice model and include it the way you do. You could also try putting the spice-model in your working directory (where the schematic file is located)

If the file exists then it's probably a search-path problem. Check
the locations where that file will be automagically found, or use
full path for the include-file. Or add the model to some file that
is already being pulled.
