I am using Google chrome browser for internet surfing.
The problem is when I click any where on a page, a new tab opens showing some advertise and I have to close that tab. This happening very frequently.
Pl help me to get out of it.
Thanks.

Install "add blocker+" addon in the googlw chrome..

If the problem is not cured by the add blocker...

Then you may have what's called a browser hijacker. This is a malware, which redirects your clicks to a different web page (usually an advertisement).

Run an antivirus program. Be careful you don't download from a website that installs more malware on your computer.

When I got a browser hijacker on my Windows XP machine, it was so troublesome, that I had to reformat and re-install everything.
