Problem setting UART Baud Rate with Atmel 89C51CC03

Hi here, I am struggling to set the baud rate on my 89C51CC03, I have set the TH1 and TL1 values to 0F4H using an 11.0592Mhz crystal, which should result in a 2400 rate, which the Keil uVision Simulator agrees with. However when I run the program on my actual chip I am still getting a 9600baud rate, i dont seem to be able to alter it at all by changing the TH1 and TL1 values. Using the same program on my 89C51ED2 though generates the exact baud rate and communicates perfectly with my computer at 2400Baud.

Does anyone have any ideas at all?
