Problem of Voice playback through Microcontroller

I am working on a project in which a voice has to played through a controller board(LPC 2132).the wave file is stored in MMC card.Speaker is use to listen to it.But problem is recording is good but when playing through the UC ,it gives noise and interference.CAn any one help ?
