I use VeriSilicon SMIC 0.18um High-Speed Synchronous Dual-Port SRAM Compiler to generate RAM.
In the options: Number of Words : 32
Number of Bits : 32
Multiplexer Width: 8
or
Number of Words : 16
Number of Bits : 32
Multiplexer Width : 4 (minimum value is 4)
Above configurations can both generate RAM successfully. If the value of "Number of Words" is bigger, it also works normally.
Now I want to set "Number of Words" as 4(can select 4,8 or 16), and "Number of Bits" as 32, the MC failed to work  Why?

Thanks for your help in advance :!:
