I have do a project with a PIC18F458 and debugging it with no problem,
but after i get a PIC18F4620 i get following error
IDCWarm0054: MPLAB IDE has lost communication with the MPLAB ICD 2

I use MPLAB IDE 7.30

Did anyone have the same problem?

Hi,

cassually I just installed on my PC the 7.30 version today.
I'll check if I have problems, and I'll tell you.

If you are conecting via USB, are you sure that the Microchip drivers are properlly installed? Remember that windows drivres are not sutted for ICD2.

Regards.
