[SOLVED] Problem loading a new library into LTSpice

I loaded the CD4000.lib & the associated .zip files following the instructions I found in the yahoo site.

But it does not work. So I re-checked the instructions & cannot see anything wrong with what I did.

The trial simulation & error message are shown in the attachments.

The Spice Error message appeared when I tried to run the simulation.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
