problem installing Pspice 9.1 student version

pspice 9.1 vista

when i tried to install Pspice 9.1 student version by double click the set up icon,the setup wizard never appear.....

Pls help me...

I have downloaded my Pspice from that link before this...I tried other link too,but encounterd the same problem.

I'm using vista now,is it the setting of my firewall or antivirus software blocked this program?

*although the setup wizard never appears,but there is a Pspice's folder (Orcad_Demo) in my program files....is it I have already installed it?
 

how to install pspice

i tried to install the Pspice 9.1 student version in the safe mode...it works....but when I start it in normal mode,it does not give any response...what is the problem?


CAN YOU ALL PLS HELP ME?
