What configuration bits did you use? try to enable "Power-On Timer".

What source for power supply did you use, some cheap SMPS ?

Best regards,
Peter

hii peter,
yes i have enable Power on timer, an i am using 12 V adapter with 7805 voltage regulator. by using regular i am giving 5V supply to regulator.

How you connect reset/MCLR pin ? Did you use 4,7K/10K resistor between MCLR and VDD ?

Did you use capacitors before and after 7805 regulator ?

If you dont have put one 100nF capacitor close as possible between VDD and VSS.

Best regards,
Peter
