[SOLVED] Problem in SIM300 GSM/GPRS Module??

I am using SIM300 GSM/GPRS Module.

But i am not able to send sms from this dont know why.

The commands i am typing from Hyperterminal is as follow:-

AT+CMGF=1
[B]OK[/B]
AT+CMGW="9650126047"
> Hello!! this is Arun Sharma
> 
(here i Press Control and Z Button
[B]+CMGW: 1

OK
[/B]
AT+CMGL="ALL"
+CMGL: 1,"STO UNSENT","9650126047",,

(No message came to my Phone Dont know why)

Dont know whats happening..

AT+CMSS
AT+CMGC

There are two more command for sms sending but don't know how to use them,

I thought my service center number is in correct but checked that also, it is correct

AT+CSCA?
+CSCA: "+9716099060",145

OK

Please Some one help me..
