PROBLEM in installing TMS320C6713 DSK on Windows Vista

I have a USB TMS320C6713 DSK module
I cant run it on Vista
What modules do I have to install first? I installed CCS3.1 and 6713DSK
The diagnostic tests fail at first stage of USB detection .. some people say its not compatible with vista. Do i have to install upgrade versions of drivers? where will i find them for free?
