problem in histogram plotting in ADE XL

HI evrey one

do you know what is the par1 par2 par3... in histogram window in monte carlo simulation?
i want to plot histogram of input offset of an ota according to delta vth,delta l,delta w and also delta tox, but can not find these parameter in ADE XL,?!!!!

I'm not very sure, but could you possibly have forgotten to assign a parameter name to a hierarchically deeper lying node, like this
OP("/I57/I41/P0","vth") --> vth_P0 in this Cādence MC video tutorial, from 9:25 - 10:50 .

In this case ADE XL possibly would assign default parameter names like those which you showed.
