I am using a kit of 89c51rd2. (EMBLITZ-8051).
The sotware I am using is keil evaluation version 3. & "flash magic"

When I try to download code in kit through flash magic I get this error...

"Unable to connect at this baud rate. Try & baud rate"

Even if I reduce the baud rate, the same error come again.

Please suggest me some solution to this alternative

the kit user manual should only be able to guide you
or you may have to raise query to the manufacturer, perhaps.
Sarma

PS: They have a user query button on this page. Hope they respond to your need having purchased the kit.

Added after 11 minutes:

Perhaps you may try to work the controller at 11.59MHz and serial communications may be enabled.

"Unable to connect at this baud rate. Try & baud rate"

This is a general error when FlashMagic can not connect to microcontroller.
1. Check if all switches are in correct position for programming.
2. Check if DTR/RTS signals come to the board (check your board schematic)
3. Check if RX/TX come to your board
