Hi Friends:
I am new to Antenna simulation and I hope to simulate a rectangular antenna designed on the SIW structure. But I failed to run the simulation with the following mistakes. I am wondering what the 1.4286e-06 micron mean (I didn't have this dimension in my design)? The unit is mm and the smallest dimension is 0.0002 mm while the largest dimension is 50 mm. The feeding method is the coaxial feeding. I am wondering is the feeding method wrong, or the unit problematic? Thanks a lot for your help.

Error:
Thin thickness model(1.4286e-06 microns), TAU cannot mesh it now!
