Problem faced during simulation of microstrip patch antenna by CST

After simulating I got the message in Message Window of CST is given below.

[Number of threads used: 4 The calculation seems to be unstable! A possible source of instability could be given by inaccurate definition of internal waveguide ports. Please consider to increase the dimension or shield your waveguide ports.]

Could you please help me anyone who faced the same problem like me and solved it?

Kindly, give me more details about your design coz I faced the same problem and solved it, but it depends on your design
