Problem during checking the output and connecting the PIR in ADC 0808

i am santosh,
i am doing ADC 0808 related project, but i am facing problem during checking the output & connecting the PIR , LPG sensors to the input of ADC.in the convertion process which data is to send to the port ASCII Or Decimal,if we take decimal value can we take sepertely on the port.

u will get parallel data from the adc and i think it will in binary format i dont think manuplating the datas will be difficult
