Hello, I have a power amplifier circuit, but I don't know how to calculate the parameter values such as capacitance and inductance. And also how to find the W/L transistor. For ur info, the RF is 2.1GHz and I am using LTspice as simulator.Any suggestion?

Ur help is much appreciated. Thank you.
