I want to know where could I find or how to measure the temperature coefficient and parasitic capacitance of resistance in tsmc018 ?

if you are a tsmc customer you should have no problem obtaining the PDK documentation.

i am very strange what the above guy said. each foundry gives theirs customer a set of PDK including all kinds of reference documents.

sorry，I really don't know.I find the temperature coefficient by Results Browers,but still can't find the parasitic capacitance.what should I do ?
