Hello everyone~~

I'm now have a problem with Sentaurus TCAD tools,when i use Paint-by-numbers method to form a 3D composite structure,it's comes a error as following:

***Error:
bool:subtract:face containment cannot be determined



The codes i used to form a 3D composite structure here:
(sde:clear)
(sdesp:begin)
(sdesp:define-step "init" "init.sat")

(sdesp:define-step "Gas" "Gas.sat")
..................

please help me to solve this problem~~~
