"Full license for component <rs_decoder> allows you to use this component. This license does not give you access to source code implementing this component."

I got this error when i try to generate RS_DECODER core. I don't know what is the exact problem?

You don't have a license for that core. I'm pretty sure that core requires you to purchase a license to use it. That's one of the reasons besides the way it channelizes that resulted in me creating my own core for a design I worked on.

Regards

I have license. I checked the license manager and i have license for encoder and decoder

Just reread the message. It means the license you have doesn't allow you access to source code just the encrypted source.
