Principle of working of diseqc motor

I'm interested in how diseqc motor works. I mean how satellite receiver communicates with it etc. Is there some literature explaining this? Which field of electronics is related to this? Maybe digital electronics?

It uses a simple serial data system, using AM on the 22KHZ signalling carrier.

I've attached the Diseqc 2.1 specification for you.

Hello betwixt, thanks for reply. Do you have maybe schematic of some DiseqC motor? I would like to see exactly how DiseqC is implemented.

I don't have a schematic for a motor controller but I've attached one for an LNB switcher. The electrical interface will be identical but the code in the MCU would obviously be different so it could reverse the voltage to the steering motor on demand.
