"PrimeRail does not exist" error

Hello,

I'm trying to do IR drop after routing phase using PrimeRail. However, IC Compiler reports "PrimeRail does not exists" - RAIL-900. Does it mean I don't have PrimeRail installed ?
 

Not installed, or not in your path.

If you type, 'which primerail' in a shell, what do you get?
