Since lower side rectifier in this device consist from six STTH2003CG (2х10А, 300V, 35ns) diodes is better not to exceed 120А current, in spite of that producer is declared 160A max.

So, probably this 2 components is STD2NB80 transistor and 460V varistor.
NCP1055 is not reliable, better change it with something another, like TNY268 (**broken link removed**, at the end of page or **broken link removed**).
