Hi again,

I'm currently using Mentor Graphics' synthesis tool "Precision RTL" to compile and output gate level netlists.

I am currently running into a memory access problem with the tool. This happens during the synthesis step.

the resulting log error is:
# Error: Fatal error: file /wv/psrfs03/synb/prod_2010a_update2/254/ixl/Isrc/packages/util/xmplr_assert.h, line 62
# Info: array: array access out of bounds

This happens and then the tool aborts and exits entirely. Can anyone diagnose this problem and/or suggest a solution or relevant material for me to fix the problem?

-thanks

no one has any experience with this tool?
