PowerPCB GND planes on 1/2-layer designs...

Which is the best way to do gnd planes on 1 or 2 -layer designs?

Tried with copper-pour and assigned gnd net but output is just flooded with gnd plane and see no traces anymore...
 

Hi

I guess the problem is related to the clearance. You have to change the clearance between GND plane and tracks. I do not use PowerPCB myself but either you do that in global spacing or you just choose Properties for the obstacle layer (GND plane).

I hope this was some sort of help.

Split/mixed plane is not meant for copper planes and signals (o;
