PowerQUICC III MPC8572 development platform for ATCA/MicroTCA application
To help the network equipment manufacturers simplify the system design and establish the Intelligent Network application, MICETEK provides MPC8572 development platform, which consists of a reusable processor card and Type-A carrier (AMC card) for ATCA/MicroTCA application.
MT8572-A features:
• CPU: MPC8572 dual e500 core, speed up to 1.333GHz each core; performance: 6897 MIPS at 1500 MHz
• Memory: 512Mbytes DDR2 at 533MHz SDRAM, Up to 8MBytes NOR flash memory, Up to 32MBytes NAND flash memory
• Interface: Two 10/100/1000 BaseT Ethernet interface, X8 SERDES interface for Serial RapidIO and PCI Express, One RS-232 Serial Port
• Debug: JTAG/COP via an onboard connector
• Software: U-Boot bootloader and Linux BSP available
