hi to all

i need the name of powerful 3D PCB design software to design virtual electronic device

If you need a real 3D (not only a viewer...or little more) you have to try :
www.turbocad.com (quite good and relative low price)
www.solidworks.com (very good but expensive)
www.solidEdge.com (very good but expensive)
or if you have Cadstar directly access to Cadstar 3D tool.
Otherwise if you need only to show the PCB on 3D (or little more...) you have to try:
CadstarWorld.com
Protel.com
electronicworkbench.com
cadint.se .... and so on

mkbs

protel dxp have a tool for creating 3D PCB

Yes, Protel will do it (somewhat). Check the forums at altium.com for info on bugs. www.alibre.com is a good parametric 3D package that is inexpensive.

what will you do with 3D PCB ? Invent something ?
