I've heared two versions. One is that power plane maybe causes noise coupling, and the other is that power trace can restrain noise coupling. Which layout of power is better?

Successful companies whose products work and pass EMI regulation tests always use power and ground planes. Sometimes several of each.

I think it is vary with your application.
large gnd plane is better for esd,but it is worse for emi because of it large loop area.

alphi - surely having a pin go immediately to ground plane is the shortest loop you can get (given that the vcc has the same route in both cases)?

power plane is better than power traces, because traces will bring more inductence into power distribution system, which will cause ground bounce, EMI, etc, espeasialy for high speed digital system

Power plane has a lower impandence and it provides a smaller loop area than power lines.

Power planes are much more better then power traces because it provides better connectivity
