Is there any tutorial/guideline for designing the power supply connections to complex/multivoltage devices like FPGA including copper planes?

Not a problem with multilayer designs I assume...but wanna stick with 2 layers (o;

Hi,
There is recommended layout and bypass/decoupling capacitors. Do use them.

maybe some books about SI or pci design will have
what you want.

maybe it helpful with you--pcb in power

you can download a power IC's Spec,and can get the information what you want.

You must understand your chip's application note about layout.you can request it from FAE.
