What is the advantage of Interleaving and Non interleaving power planning ?
Can anyone explain me the exact difference between them ??
And what is the advantage of those two ? which one is better?

Interleaving is alternating between VDD stripes and VSS striper, and non interleaving is grouping VDD stripes and grouping VSS stripes. See pages 389 -390 of your encounter manual. There may be some slight routing advantage depending on the routing environment.
