POWER LINE MODEM DESIGN

HI
I WANT TO BUILD A POWER LINE MODEM FOR LOW VOLTAGE AND WITH LOW BIT RATE .I WANT TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT DESIGNING CIRCUIT AND ITS COUPLER. PLEASE GUIDE ME OR SEND ME A SAMPLE CIRCUIT DIAGRAM .

See IC by ST Microeletronics. It has a Power Line IC with easy control using a MCU.

Echelon (www.echelon.com) makes very good all-in-one power line transceivers. Very useful information about principles of power line communications, coupling basics, ... can be fouind in their product datasheets. For example see PLT-22 Power Line Transceiver User?s Guide (**broken link removed**)
