Hello guys. I'm currently working on a project that involves communication via power-lines and I'm stuck real bad.

I want to use the TDA5051A IC, which I found available online and really cheap. The problem is I want to simulate the entire circuit first but I can't do that. Proteus, multisim and LTSpice do not have this component in their library.

I can't find an internal schematic online so I can create and simulate this component in proteus, nor do I have the spice model for it.

Is there any way I can simulate this or find an internal schematic/a spice model on the web? Please help. Thanks.

It's an ASK generator IC. You could probably start by modulating your digital data in ASK by constructing an ASK generator using IC555, there are plenty of schematics online.
