Power Control algorithm for wcdma

Hi friends...//////

Now, I am going to do my thesis about WCDMA systems.

so,please give me some material or matlab code....

I am going to similate about effect of SIR when power control and no power control.

So, Can anyone please help me this problem! I need a block diagram of conventional fast

power control in WCDMA uplink and some your suggest of its simulation on Matlab.

About Fast power control (inner Loop Power Control) as one of close loop power control method, you can read thesis "Outer Loop Power Control in a Wideband CDMA System" by Håkan Silfvernagel or "Closed loop power control for LTE uplink" by Bilal Muhammad. They simulated it by using CURT (CDMA UMTS Radio network Tool). May be you can reanalyzed it by using another scheduling model.

I have seen this thesis...but what is CURT tool?
in this thesis i think author used matlab softwre..and is called CURT....
but anyone give me idea for coding using CURT?

i need matlab code simulate handover from wcdma to gsm.i am workig on my final year project on this.
