Hello

I would like to make a comparison chart on power consumption and delay/performance for basic standard cells lik inverter, nand, nor, AOI-21, AOI22 for technoly nodes from 180nm to 22nm.

Could any one tell me where do I get the information for these technolgy nodes ASAP??

Thanks

I don't think you can get any of this information without signing an NDA either with a foundry or an IP company that has designed cells using the technologies you mentioned, especially anything below 65nm. You can probably check out academic papers that look into this issue but most of the layout assumptions and transistor model assumptions would not be very accurate.
