It is a car Subwoofer – Power Bass S-12 in processed Blaupunkt box GTB 300. The box was glued, screwed and sealed with silicone and it was soundproofed with 2,5cm thick ribbed foam glued using spray glue. 1,8 thick MDF ring was added to the box, because fabric hole of subwoofer has a diameter of 30cm an the diameter of speaker is equal 31cm. The ring fits with delicate push and glued with glue for wood. Holes in the spacer which match the factory holes were drilled with 3mm drill and threaded with screws. In addition, they were screwed with two longer screws to the box for more secure mounting. Metal spring terminals and four handles from Stinger were added to the box. 10mm cables braid with nylon connect the speaker with the terminal and terminal with the Mac audio amplifier 4500. You will also need threads, signal cable with RCA socket for a cable, amplifier, PCB with SMD diodes, heat shrinkable pipe, cable with DC plug, speaker, supply cable, safety fuse socket and tin.
