power amplifier problem

I have to design a power amplifier.
Frequncey :30MHz~400MHz;
Pout>=25W CW;
Power supply:27V;
IMD3(at)25W CW <-30dBc;
gain>=30dB;
gain flatness<2dB;

I want to use MHW10276N of freescale as first stage,but there is no sale in freescale,who can tell me which amplifier can replace it?
and I want to use D1020UK of semelab as final stage,is it ok?
Thanks!

Re: power amplifier problem

Freescale doesn't want to sale RF PA?
I suggest you to find a device for which you could get a model to design. I think on freescale website all amplifiers models are available directly, it's easy.

Re: power amplifier problem

Vfone thanks.
I have used BGY887B,but its linearity is worst than MHW10276N.
I test them on 50ohm system,MHW10276N'Pout(-1)=1W but BGY887B's Pout(-1)=0.5W.
any other catv amplifier can be used?

Hello,

Use PolyFet VDMOS device LR401 or LB401 or SD702
see www.polyfet.com & the attached pdf...
