i am designing PA for gsm base station in ADS,i would like to know how to show the graph for PAE Vs Frequency,effiiciency Vs freq,..
 

You got 3 sources for PAE
Vdd=DC Power Supply ( simply Vdd*Idd[0] )
Pin=Input port Power (already defined if there isn't so much reflection loss )
Pout=Output Power ( to be simulated )

You have to do HB analysis for each frequency.You can sweep "freq" variable by defining in a variable block.
There is a measurement block under HB palette ( see picture ) fill it with proper elements ( Voltage and Current source names )
