Hi everyone
I need to design power amplifier at 4.52 Ghz, low noise, small space topology,( high gain is prefer). I wonder If anyone introduces me a good transistor, .. as much detail as possible

what is the output power , the PAE of the amp , so we can know , which transistor

but u can check , www.filtonic.com , they have medium power tansistors

also http://www.excelics.com/ they hvae high power and meduim power

I recommend that you use Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Excelics, Fujitsu,... transistors.

Thanh you guy, may be I will use the NE3210S01wich frequency range from 0.1 to 22.5 GHz, low noise but the gian is not so high

but the NE3210s01 , si not a PA transistor it is a small signal one

Well, I just look down one LNB circuit. They using this transistor as amplifier

yeah , it is a samll signal amp the signal coming to the LNA is very weak ,

but if u want to transmit a signal u need a high power transistor
