tda7250

This contruction is 100% working and has been tested by gulson. It's based on typical manual TDA7250 from SGS-Thomson. High ending transistors are 2xBDV65B and 2xBDV64B Darlington couple.
Features:
power supply: +/- 10V-45V
nominal psu: +/- 33V
impedance: 4ohms or more
Max. power: 2x150W for 4ohms or 1x300W
It has temperature protection with LM311, however in model conctruction not used

How about TDA7294?

Gulson,
hmmm.... The SGS-Thomson TDA7250 is a chip, as you know:

I am interested in getting the picture of the NE 116 / 116A printed
circuit board (PCB) that should look more or less like most of the
files contained here:
**broken link removed**
(from **broken link removed** )

or near the bottom here:
http://www.wenfu.net/audio/tda7250.html

thus avoiding the use of a proto-board (or similar). The fact that
you have tested the circuit is very important. This has not
happened in the first case above and I do not know Chinese, so
I do not know anything about the second case.
