i design a power amplifier with material Rogers 6010,it is good. But changed to AD1000,which has the same dielectric constant with Rogers 6010,the power is very little.why?

Hi,

It seems strange if you confirm that both materialsare technically identical.
Did you check the soldering and the pcb lines?

Yes, AD1000 and RT/duroid 6010 have almost the same Er and loss tangent up to 10GHz.
If your working frequency is up to 10GHz and the thickness of the PCB is the same, should be no big difference in performance.
