hi all,

i was wondering how to use properly the potentiometer resistor from BREAKOUT Library.
There's the parameter called "SET="
what is the numaric value/range to set that parameter ?
is it's range 0 to 1 ? means precentage division of two resistors?
for example:
if the potentiometer value 2k, setting "SET=0.5" will divide the potentiometer into two 1k resistors ?

or maybe the SET parameters is the resistance value itself on one of the two so-called divided resistors ?

tried to look for some info about that but found nothing about this parameter.

your help is appreciated - as always

An obvious way to find out is reviewing the part definition in breakout.lib
Code:
.SUBCKT POT 1 T 2 PARAMS: VALUE=1K SET=0.5
RT 1 T {VALUE*(1-SET)+.001}
RB T 2 {VALUE*SET+.001}
.ENDS

So it is a percentage value while making sure that a legal minimum resistor value of 0.001 will be set when setting to one of the edges 0% or 100%
