Hi,
Please may I post this here as its sufficiently different to this post..

The attached shows two high side FET gate drives. The top one is bad, and the gate drive transformer has a high core flux level in it, so could saturate. Do you agree with the corrected version also shown? (only one FET is being driven here, in each case)
LTspice and jpeg attached
The "High side gate drive transformer _1" (attached) shows the fully corrected version.....even if you are only driving one high side FET.....you must put in a dual driver, and make one a dummy ! ...otherwise you could go into saturation ftom magnetising flux!
Why is this never spoken of in any document?
