Bfore P&R itself all the constraints are analyzed...Then What is the use of Post Place & Route Verificaion?... What are the constraints will analyze in that?..

Post P&R verification is very important. I am not sure whether your question is for

checking the constraints or for checking the design.Infact only after P&R we propogate

the real values rather then the constraits specified and we get the accurate RC values

for thr net for doing the post layout STA.
