post layout simulation

i have designed LNA for 2-6GHz band.I have done layout very well.after parasitics extraction the parasitic capacitance values are also small. But my post layout simulation results gives band width 2-4.0GHz.Is post layout simulations worsened by only parasitics or any other means.iam using two inductors in my design.
