Could someone help me here,on how to porting the linux or freeDos to MCS-51??

Simplest way for porting Linux to MCS-51, is making any Linux supported CPU emulator on MCS-51...
Yes, it is possible but unusable :)
Or better choose other CPU.

Linux is not suitable for MCS-51. it requires huge resources.
