Does any one know which software is preferred for doing an analysis of long chain polymer dissolution analysis. Like dissolution during resist development in IC fabrication process.

Will any of the following help:

Materials studio
Ansys Multiphysics
Femlab.

please keep replies focussed on the question on hand..cheers
