Cylindrical Coordinates in Fields Calculator & Wave Impedance

Is it possible to use cylindrical coordinates in the fields calculator? I can only seem to get Cartesian coordinates.

I am trying to export Er and Hphi to find the wave impedance in a loaded circular waveguide. The port impedance available does not seem to give the right answer, the trend is right but it seems scaled.

Thanks
