fsk transmitter schematic

Hi,

I need schematic of 147 - 174 MHZ range POCSAG /FSK/ Transmitter.
I spent a lot of time searching any schematic which I can build. I can not find such project with detailed schematic.

Can you help me ?

well Sir,
I design myself a fsk modem using XR2206 and XR2211 for the fsk communication and for the tx I only use simple fm tx with range of 5km (or more). but it can only from 70MHz to 110MHz, since my fm tuner can only from that range.
