Is it possible to ignore or add rules in EDI encounter by some commands, out of tech lef?

Hi,

Yes of-course. some of the spacing and width rules you can change for specific nets.
You can define these in separate LEF files and read into the tools.

Do you have any specific rule to be added into the EDI?

I Have to add VIA(X) to VIA(X+1) spacing rule. So, the only way to modify seperate lef and source it, yes?

Yes. We do create this kind of rules for some of the DRC fixes.
