PLX 9054 Read and write problem

Hi I am using 9054 in C mode. but the problem is i am unable to do any read and write operations using PLX mon.

i Just entered offset address and said read block in PLX MON. then my PC will be hanged. can anybody suggest what would be the problem and what are all the debugging methods at the earliest.
